Delivery Information

We offer free beer deliveries for purchases over HKD$400. 
Otherwise, there would be a surchage of  HKD$200. 

At the moment, we do not have worldwide delivery, and all deliveries could only be made within Hong Kong. We deliver to most locations except for some remote areas and outlying islands.

Delivery Time

We will only deliver on Monday to Friday, between 2:00pm to 7:00pm, except Public Holidays - Holidays are for drinking!
If you require your order to be delivered outside of these times, please notify us ahead of time and we'll try our best to arrange it for you!

Terms & Conditions

1. If you let us know when ordering, we are happy to leave our beer with your concierge, with a neighbour or on your door step. However the beer is left at your risk.

2. We outsource our deliveries to external couriers. We do not guarantee any timeframe to our deliveries nor do we take responsibility to deliver within a timeframe. 

3. Brandwerk is not liable for any damages made by the delivery process, to any person or to any properties or possessions. 

4. As our products are fragile and perishable, we do not accept refunds.  Brandwerk will replace any damages incurred to the products during the journey to the Buyer, however once the Buyer signs off on the order, Brandwerk will no longer be responsible for any damages incurred thereafter.
